The application process at RoTa Personalberatung is simple and transparent. We accompany you step by step to ensure that you find a suitable position quickly and successfully.

1. find a suitable position

You can find all the vacancies we advertise on our job board. If you have found a suitable position, you can apply directly online via our platform. If you have any difficulties, you are welcome to call us or send us an e-mail.

2. fill in the application form

Have you found an interesting position? Then send us your application! Simply complete the application form by clicking on the ‘Apply’ button. It takes about 2 minutes to complete the form. If you need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. inspection of the documents

In the next step, we will carefully review your application. After reviewing your documents, we will contact you by phone to arrange a short telephone call.

4. interview with us

Depending on your needs, we will conduct an online, telephone or face-to-face interview with you to get a better picture of you and provide you with more details about the vacancy. If we are convinced that the position suits you, we will propose you as a candidate to our clients.

5. interview with customers

If it suits the client, you will be invited to an interview to get to know your future employer better and gain a personal impression.

6. employment contract

If you are able to convince our client, you will receive your employment contract. You will conclude this directly with our client, your new employer.
