Who we are

Recruitment with heart & mind

Our managing directors Hong Trang Nguyen and Robinson Arias come from abroad themselves and know what challenges immigrants have to overcome in Germany. The start in a new country is often made more difficult by bureaucracy, job and housing searches.

Hong Trang Nguyen and Robinson Arias want to make it easier for immigrants to settle in Germany and therefore bring German companies together with people mainly from foreign countries. We arrange jobs and support our applicants with official procedures such as the citizens' office, tax office and much more. We are always there for our applicants and are available to answer any questions they may have.

In order to be able to introduce you to suitable candidates, we first draw up a requirements profile together with you. In this profile, we determine which characteristics, skills and abilities the perfect candidate should have for your vacancy.

Targeted search

We start our search based on your requirements profile. Firstly, we search our applicant pool for suitable candidates for you. If we do not find any suitable candidates, we will draw attention to your vacancy through cross-media job adverts in Germany and abroad.

Getting to know applicants and concluding contracts

We scrutinise the application documents and conduct initial interviews. We present the profiles that best match your requirements profile and arrange interviews. This allows you to get to know the applicants personally. Once you have made a decision, you conclude an employment contract directly with the applicant
